Important Update from CanWCC

Like many non-profits, CanWCC relies heavily on project grants to sustain our work. Although we have a strategic plan to reduce our dependence on grants, the pandemic set us back by at least two years. Now, with our current funding set to expire at the end of March, CanWCC will be forced to temporarily operate at a reduced capacity starting April 1st.

Despite these challenges, our commitment to women and non-binary entrepreneurs remains unwavering. We are actively fundraising and will continue to serve our community through regular programming and events. We ask for your patience as we may be slower in responding to emails and DMs and may post less frequently on social media.

I will continue to fight for CanWCC on behalf of our team, our members, and everyone who has stood with us over the past seven years.

This is a moment of political and economic uncertainty, but one thing is clear: Canada cannot afford to lose its first—and only—Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
