OUR TEAM
At the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CanWCC), strong governance ensures we stay true to our mission and values. Our work is guided by two leadership groups — the Board of Directors and the Governing Council — who together provide vision, accountability, and strategic direction.
The Governing Council is made up of Officers appointed by the Board of Directors and/or senior management. This group provides leadership and support in turning strategy into action, helping CanWCC deliver meaningful impact across Canada.
The Board of Directors oversees the organization’s goals and progress, helping to shape the future of CanWCC. Board members are nominated by the Governance & Nominations Committee and elected by our members at the Annual General Meeting.
