Zahra Abdullah is a leadership consultant and business transformation expert with over 18 years of global experience. Holding an MBA and currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Columbia International University, she began her career in Saudi Arabia with Elixir, a McKinsey-owned consultancy, where she became the first woman promoted to associate partner, leading change management initiatives with C-level executives.
Currently, Zahra consults with BOxD Better Organizations by Design on post-M&A changes and cultural transformations and is a business consultant with Umbrex, focusing on transformation strategies. She also conducts DEI workshops for leaders across Canada and mentors global company leaders with Ezra and Better Up.
