The Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CanWCC) is a nationally incorporated, not-for-profit organization, dedicated to advocacy, advancement, and connection for and on behalf of its members. CanWCC’s membership consists of diverse women-identified entrepreneurs and businesses that are at least 50% woman(en)-owned and led.
CanWCC focuses on three key interwoven activities to support its members:
- Connection – through the development of a national network of women entrepreneurs, business owners, and the organizations that serve them.
- Advocacy – on behalf of members, informed by members and supported by the national network.
- Advancement – at both the micro- and macro-level, facilitating economic opportunities for women business owners and building a stronger Canadian economy.
About the Role
The Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-Time Project Manager to lead the development and execution of an innovative AI software-enabled educational program. Flip The Script (FTS) is a program that aims to empower and support diverse women entrepreneurs across Canada in effectively raising funds for their businesses.
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the program, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure its success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of businesses and the success of women-owned businesses nationwide

Pay Range: $35,000 - $38,000 (based on .5 FTE)

Duties & Responsibilities
Program Development and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CWCC leadership team to refine and implement the strategic vision for the AI-enabled educational program.
- Research and identify key areas of focus for the program, ensuring alignment with the needs of diverse women entrepreneurs seeking funding.
- Design a comprehensive curriculum that covers various aspects of fundraising, financial management, investor relations, and leveraging AI tools.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, overseeing all activities from content creation to program delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of program milestones.
Content Creation and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content, including workshops, webinars, guides, and interactive materials.
- Continuously review and enhance program content to reflect the latest industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices in fundraising.
AI Integration and Technology Management:
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to integrate AI tools into the program’s infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experience and data security.
- Provide oversight for the AI components, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate user support as needed.
Participant Engagement and Support:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops, webinars, and networking sessions to ensure participants derive maximum value from the program.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific questions and challenges related to fundraising.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the program.
- Generate regular reports for the CWCC leadership team, highlighting program achievements, participant feedback, and areas for improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- PMP certification a plus
- Software development experience a plus
Core Competency Requirements
- Proven project management experience, preferably in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, or AI-driven initiatives.
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies, financial management, and investor relations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technology platforms is an asset.
- Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and advancing gender equality in the business landscape.
